Your User Store is in the User Page Namespace and is accessed by selecting your username in the user tools, then the "buy/sell" tab.
Your User Store automatically displays your buy/sell ads. Post Ads and watch them accumulate in your User Store. Other users can Make a WikiSafe offer directly from your User Store.
